    welcome to La Salle!


    Orientation day 1

    Mga 7.30am ako dumating, ang registration ay 7 at 8 ang start ng program-- not bad. Sa central plaza yung reg so hinanap ko yung block ko-- E86 and to my surprise walang tao dun sa block ko yun pala dinala na sila sa yuchengco hall 8th floor. Nakakatuwa kasi pag sign up mo palang may bag na na binigay and meron pang laman sa loob (freebie 1). Ayun so naghintay pa ng ibang E86 habang naghihintay may mga lumapit sa ken na LAMB (La Salle AMBassadors) ayun so nagtanong lang sila ng ibang stuffs and over all mababait sila. There was Kuya Alex, Kuya Michael and Kuya James, they came from different departments and volunteered themeselves for us *froshies*. Sinabay na lang kami sa ibang block then punta kami ng auditorium.

    At first, na pa- WHOA! ako kasi ang ganda parang theather na siya ay theather na ata talaga, tinuturuan kami ng mga actions dun sa prayer songs and it was great. Many unknown people had given their speech, enough for me to think that I made the right choice. :P Of all the blocks ng Engineering department I think my block was the most energetic slash that off, grabe it seems like most of us isn't that active as those of the others but so what? hmm. Then the President of DLSU gave us a 6 decade rosary (freebie2) sounds strange? it's strange for me either. The emcee's introduced the cultural arts club and they left us with an open mouth, wush it was such a great performance that I myself wanted to join one of those unfortunately I've got no talent at all. uggh.

    Recess afterwards-- ensaymada and water (freebie 3). Dun ko nameet ang first friend ko in DLSU and she was Jessee from Siena College in QC, she was quiet and reserved like me? uggh. nvm.

    After eating we went to St. Joseph's building and we went in a room where I/ we got our entrance exams. Aside from the LAMBS we were also assisted by Mr. Patrick Cantiller a professor in Biology and was also a La Sallian. We were given a sheet of paper was asked to place our nickname in a vertical position and in to it we would write adjectives to describe ourselves, so yah I hate that part kasi P- A - T - T - Y okay wag ng itanong; tapos ginroup into 2 yung mga 1 gumawa sila ng circle tas yung 2 outer circle naman kami yung iikot dun sa 1 para makipagkilala over all it was fun kasi yung iba okay kausap yung iba naman walang masabi so yun masaya before leaving the room we had a prayer then lunch na.

    Chicken terriyaki w/ pansit and brownies yung food with fit and fab (freebie 4). Okay naman kaso ang hirap kainin nung chicken. Nahiwalay kami ni Jessee sa mga girls so kaming dalawa lang na girls dun sa table with 8 stranger boys. Parang pinagtitripan ni Mykee si Jessee e, kaaliw xa kasi patawa kasi inaaway niya yung mga LAMBS namen which is Ate Alennie and Kuya Sherwin grabe bagay silang dalawa yikes may love team agad. Then after ng lunch nag-line up ulit and balik ulit sa classroom.

    I hate this part-- getting to know St. John Baptist De La Salle, my gash since after lunch hanggang 4 yun lang ang ginawa namen kulang na lang makatulog ako sa antok. May mga papers kasi na ibingay tas may mga 7bookmarks (freebie 5) kasi 7 key events to the life of St. John Baptist De La Salle, e may question portion mamaya so ang ginawa nung leader namen is nilagay yung mga sagot dun sa bookmark may consequence kasi sa mga loser kakanta/ sasayaw sa harap so we didn't want that. So after nung mga pinasasagutan, chineck muna ni Sr. Pat yung mga answers namen may ice breaker naglaro kami nung parang the boat is sinking pero paa yung gagamitin, kung ilan yung number na sinabi nila yun lang din dapat yung paa na nakatapak sa sahig so losers ulit ang may consequence, gnroup kami into 3 magkasama kami ni Jessee! Ayun nung una 13 e 13 kami so tig-isang paa lang hanggang sa naging 5 na at hindi na namin nakayanan, buti na lang yung isang group yung talo. hahaha! Inannounce na yung loser dun sa 7key events e di 3 groups sila, ang consequence kakanta nga e di kumanta sila ng ABCD hahaha! Tas dun sa feet game, ang consequence ay isspell ang MISSISSIPPI using their butts hahaha! funny to end that with a prayer afterwards ended our classroom session.

    Campus tour kung saan saan kami napunta pero masaya kasi parang natatandaan ko na yung mga lugar na pinuntahan namen. Sabi dun kami sa Bro. Andrew building, the tallest building in DLSU campus it has 21 floors but got only four elevators so good luck na lang. :P After ng tour uwian na nagsign out na lang kami so yun. Kapagod pero masaya. :))

    Hinintay namin si mommy sa Robinson's kumaen kami sa Bread Talk after nun umalis na din kami mga past 7 or 8 grabe sobrang napagod ako. whew.

    It's good to be in DLSU, I hope I would have a great time during my stay in the university. :)))
